Real Event: Sterling's Dark and Sultry 10 Year Celebration

They SYED team has grown incredibly close to all of the beautiful gals at Sterling Engagements and we were honored to be a part of their celebration of 10 years in business! Metallics were the highlight of this color scheme and we loved playing around with so many textures in order to bring this design to life! The Vibiana is one of our favorite venues to work- its high ceilings and pure white walls always allow us to express our creativity in the most wonderful ways. The artful "Blak." chair from Classic Party Rentals finally made an appearance as well as numerous new design elements!

Tabletop designs consisted of primarily white florals with pops of silver aloe plant and the occasional blush flower. Black mechanical taper candles sat in crystal clear chimneys atop shining glass candle holders. Nestled at the base of our larger floral designs were petite clusters of flowers as well as glittery black design accents.

Classic Party Rentals' new Capri black silverware was a beautiful addition to this design! Also, the silver metallic chargers went perfectly with the black shimmer table linen. Black goblets sat at each place setting along with a blush satin napkin and sexy lace accent.

This event also featured some super eclectic design elements. To bring in the ultimate textural masterpiece we filled our oversized frames with mixed media inserts. They included soft furs, glimmering shimmers, crinkly silver aluminum, tons of paper flowers, and more! Not only were they visually stunning but they also challenged party-goes to figure out what materials were used in their creation. Three were hung in staggered positions behind one of the larger bars while three more were used to bring texture to the DJ booth!

Guests danced the night away underneath one of our most interesting ceiling installations yet! We painted dozens of bunches of greenery in different metallic colors and hand tied them to our large rings. Mixed in with the metallic elements were beautiful chandeliers and geometric lanterns.
