SY & Co attends LA's hottest event: Veuve Polo Classic 2021

Corporate events are back and we are LOVING it…

Our most recent invite was to Veuve Clicquot’s Polo Classic 2021 where we got to design 3 different backdrops for Polo guests to snap their pics for the gram.

Veuve Clicquot is essentially the champagne company of ALL champagne company’s. It took us a couple of times to get the pronunciation right SO we will clear it up right here… The Veuve is pronounced like “love” while Clicquot is said like “Cleek-oh.” You got it?

This setup took a total of 3 days for our team put together at the Will Rogers State Historic Park. The venue is HUGE and we had to make sure that each backdrop was properly stabilized and safe being that we knew tons of guest would be walking on the platforms.

Day 1: Set Up Main backdrop structures

Day 2: Floral Design and Prop Drop

Day 3: Ensure safety of Structures + Final Touches

Our team was beyond excited when Jeff Brown Hot Events reached out asking us to help design these backdrops for his client. The inspiration for our designs came from their iconic “Veuve Yellow” and woven basket idea where guests were supposed to feel immersed in the picnic experience.

From Rendering to Reality!

How our design process works is Shawna will meet with our client to an get exact vision on what they want for their event, then she’ll pass her ideas to our Visuals team to create custom Vision Boards/Renderings, and they will use those renderings to give to our Floral and Warehouse Production team to execute at the actual events.

We loved getting to see how everyone’s pictures turned out!

SY & co had so much fun getting to work with Jeff Brown Hot Events on this popular event. We are excited to see what the future holds with upcoming corporate events!
