Real Mitzvah: Cirque du Sasha

In April, it will have been a year since we created this Cirque du Soleil themed Bat Mitzvah for Sasha! It is amazing to see how designs that we did a year ago that were so unique have become integrated and changed for so many events throughout the rest of the year. One of my favorite aspects about this design is to see how the theme was transformed to be quite elegant. Cirque du Soleil was started in 1984 and changed the expectations of what a “proper circus” was meant to look like; being character driven as opposed to relying on performing animals, it gained popularity in the 1990’s-2000’s and now has shows in over 271 cities.
